A motorcyclist was killed tonight in a crash with a car at Georgesville and Hall roads on the West Side.

The crash occurred at 6:39 p.m. The name of the motorcyclist was not available.

Authorities say an Obetz officer was involved in a shooting incident Saturday night.

An Obetz police officer, on call at an apartment complex, shot someone who has been taken to Grant Hospital.  The Sheriff’s Office is investigating.
