A 17-year-old has been charged with a juvenile count of aggravated murder in the death of a Malta woman found beaten to death in her home.

Travis Lee Fischer of McConnellsville is being held at the Muskingum County Juvenile Detention center pending a hearing that will determine whether to transfer his case to adult court, Morgan County Prosecutor Mark Howdyshell said.
