As outrageous as this may seem, certain aspects of the "Patriot" Act make
groups such as Cop Watch an act of terrorism. I can tell you, that you will be monitored, you will be put on the "List". Be careful fellow freedom fighters!

Sec 801 and 802 : to influence the policy of a government by intimidation or coercion.
Following cops, I am quite sure would be, in their eyes intimidation.

One more thing, during a protest in front of the fed building downtown just before the Iraq war started I heard on my police scanner radio undercover cops. They followed every person back to their cars, and recorded their plates. They took photos from adjacent buildings, of everybody! Perhaps Cbus IMC can do a freedom of information act request on this. It was CPD, probably at the behest of the Defense Dept. If you don't believe that all activist are being monitored look in the mirror and tell me what you see. I see an Anonymous Jack Ass!

Citizens have the right to observe police. Quit trying to push your scare tactics on people.
Go back to watching Alex Jones and leave the legal stuff to those with more brain cells.
